Warranty Policy & Terms of Service

At GoRepair, we believe in 100% transparency, honest pricing, and professional laboratory standards. Please read our warranty terms carefully before availing of our repair services.

1. Display Panels & Touch Screens

Display panels and touch modules are sensitive fragile components. They carry no warranty against accidental drops, pressure, physical impact, internal LCD/OLED bleeding, screen lines, or liquid/water damage once handed over and inspected by the customer.

2. Outer Glass & Lamination (3 Months Warranty)

For specialized front or rear glass restoration (OCA lamination), we provide a 3 Months Pasting Warranty exclusively covering:

• Bubble formation or lifting between the glass and display.
• Adhesive de-lamination under normal usage.

Note: If the glass cracks or shatters again due to a drop or physical pressure after repair, it will not be covered under warranty.

3. Component Repairs (Batteries, Speakers & Flex Cables)

All component replacements (such as charging ports, microphones, ear speakers, and battery health upgrades) are covered under a 3 Months Service Warranty against manufacturing or soldering defects.

4. Independent Lab Disclaimer

GoRepair is an independent out-of-warranty technical repair laboratory. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or authorized by Apple Inc., Samsung, OnePlus, Google, or any other OEM manufacturer.
